The structure and operation of the real estate industry has changed dramatically over the past decade, yet still retains the vestiges of a club for gentlemen. Advanced methods do not, however, pass the industry by and there are continuing competitive advantages to be gained by those companies embracing them. Projects in which we have been involved include:
