PROPECONOMY

is a newsletter about real estate, set in the context of changes in the economy. It should be of interest to any active participant in property markets. It is independent of any imperative to buy or sell property and is based upon research into demand for real estate.
The newsletter is published quarterly, but with monthly supplements addressing particular issues as they arise. It is available on subscription to companies or individuals.

As the number of articles builds up they will be available as a reference archive and be searchable by date, sector, country or market. The publication is underpinned by market data pulled from our agency contacts in each of the markets identified. This too is available to subscribers, as are preferential rates on RETRI publications - some of which are described here.

Bob Thompson - the editor of , is a very experienced real estate researcher, consultant and market commentator having spent sixteen years as Head of Research for a large commercial agency before moving into private practice. Final responsibility for the content of the newsletter rests with him.
