The project will be run jointly by Tim Dixon, Research Director at the College of Estate Management and Bob Thompson, founder of RETRI and formerly Head of Research at King Sturge.

Both are widely published in this area and are joint authors of a forthcoming book in the Blackwells series entitled 'Technology and Real Estate in the New Economy'.

At this early stage of the project the direction of the research can be tailored to suit particular requirements.
